Participation
Your artist choices and city would be used to prepare the festival’s demand report. The booking team sees aggregate preferences.
Festival updates
An optional, unchecked box demonstrates a separate choice to receive festival marketing. It is not required to vote.
Across festivals
No permission for cross-festival profiling or reuse is collected in this concept.

Final privacy information, retention periods and organizer responsibilities must be agreed before a live pilot.

REPORT DEFINITIONS

Know what
you’re looking at.

Confirmed participants
Unique synthetic participants marked email-confirmed. Pending responses are excluded from every report metric.
Artist preferences
One to three distinct acts per confirmed participant. These are preferences, not ticket commitments.
Local share
The percentage of the selected audience whose demo home city lies within the chosen radius of Breda. Approximate straight-line distances, not travel times.
Audience overlap
Participants choosing both acts, divided by participants choosing the selected act. Direction matters: A → B can differ from B → A.
Marketing opt-ins
Confirmed participants with a separate festival marketing choice. This does not mean new CRM contacts.

All artists and records are fictional. This dataset demonstrates product behavior and is not evidence of demand or commercial performance.
