1. About Tourhere
Tourhere is a platform that connects fan demand with the music industry. Fans vote for cities where they want to see artists perform. This data is aggregated and shared with booking agents, promoters, and artists to inform tour routing decisions.
2. No guarantee of shows
Voting on Tourhere does not guarantee that a show will be booked in your city. Tourhere provides demand signals to industry professionals, but booking decisions are made independently by artists, their management, booking agents, and promoters. Tourhere is not a ticketing platform and does not sell tickets.
3. Voting rules
Each email address may vote for up to 5 cities per artist. Votes must be verified via email confirmation. Any attempt to manipulate vote counts through automated tools, fake email addresses, or other fraudulent means will result in removal of votes and potential blocking.
4. Email communications
By voting, you consent to receive: (a) a one-time verification email, and (b) notification emails when a show is booked in a city you voted for. You can unsubscribe from future notifications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
5. Artist request submissions
If you submit an artist request form, you confirm that you have a legitimate relationship with the artist (management, booking agent, artist themselves, or authorized representative). Submitting false information may result in rejection and blocking.
6. Intellectual property
Artist names, logos, and branding displayed on Tourhere belong to their respective owners. Tourhere uses this information solely for the purpose of facilitating fan demand collection. If you represent an artist and wish to have a page removed, contact us at hello@tourhere.live.
7. Agent & promoter accounts
Booking agents and promoters access demand data through password-protected dashboards. This data is provided for professional use in booking decisions only. Redistribution, resale, or public disclosure of detailed demand data without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Tourhere is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, booking decisions made based on Tourhere data, or technical issues that may affect vote counting or data accuracy.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Tourhere after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
